  1. 00:00Start with assigned projects

Halo Lender Ops gives the fictional lender a clear view of assigned projects. This portfolio demonstration uses synthetic records, simulated access, and no live submissions.

  2. 00:11Upload two files, keep them draft

Open the energy assessment and upload two sample attachments. Both files belong to one draft version. Uploading alone does not submit the document or notify a reviewer.

  3. 00:22Read the correction request

The reviewer requests a clearer improvement schedule. The lender sees that rationale on version one, then prepares a corrected version without overwriting the earlier files.

  4. 00:31Submit the corrected version

Version two has its own explicit submission. Submitted means awaiting review. Earlier feedback and attachment versions remain available in the same document history.

  5. 00:42Choose generated or custom

After prerequisite readiness, choose a generated application request or a custom sample. The lender submits the initial handoff. An internal reviewer controls approval, generation, and release.

  6. 00:54Use the current released artifact

Download the current released application for external signature handling. Upload a synthetic signed placeholder for that exact release, then submit the return as a separate action.

  7. 01:05Follow release-specific acceptance

The reviewer separately accepts the signed return for release one. A later release needs its own return and decision. This demonstrates document completeness, not lending eligibility.

REVIEWER / DESKTOP

  1. 00:00Review the derived queue

The reviewer queue comes from the current synthetic records. Submitted documents, final readiness, initial application review, and signed returns appear as distinct types of work.

  2. 00:10Start review and explain the decision

Start review of the submitted assessment before making a decision. A correction request needs a rationale, so the next owner knows exactly what to change.

  3. 00:19Approve the corrected version

Review version two and preserve version one's correction history. Fully approved documents remain distinct from conditional approval, whose follow-up condition stays visible.

  4. 00:29Approve the initial handoff

A generated application request enters a separate initial review. Internal approval records a reason. It does not yet generate a released artifact or accept a signed return.

  5. 00:41Generate and release internally

The reviewer generates and releases the unbranded application PDF. The release identifies its exact application version and freezes its source snapshot for later reference.

  6. 00:52Accept the specific signed release

Check the submitted signed return against the current release. Final acceptance is a separate reviewer action and applies only to that specific version and release.

  7. 01:01Regenerate without inheriting acceptance

A reasoned regeneration creates release two and supersedes release one. Earlier signed and accepted artifacts remain historical. A stale signed-return selection is refused rather than silently reused.

  8. 01:15Preserve the custom path too

Custom application samples also receive internal review, approval, and release. This accepted custom version has its own signed return. The earlier generated releases remain in history.

PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR / DESKTOP

Program Administrator walkthrough

Program templates, stable requirement identities, phase/order/visibility, optional items and the explicit readiness assumption.

  1. 00:00Configure the program, not the lender

Program requirements belong to the fictional Willow District program. They are separate from lender organizations and per-project application documents. The configuration fields are illustrative.

  2. 00:11Provide usable program files

Download a synthetic assessment template or the program reference guide. These reusable files do not create submissions or change project document status.

  3. 00:20Create once, edit the same identity

Create one additional requirement, then update its existing identity. Changing the title or help text does not duplicate the requirement or erase earlier project history.

  4. 00:32Set phase, order and visibility

Set the display order, phase, category, and required or optional status. Active and external visibility controls determine what appears in the simulated lender checklist and external package.

  5. 00:44Check the lender-facing result

Preview the lender's project documents after configuration. Optional items can remain open without blocking readiness. Internal-only items are excluded from the external checklist, printable PDF, and ZIP.

  6. 00:57Make the readiness assumption explicit

The illustrative gate can require full approval or permit conditional approval. This preview shows the resulting insurance blocker. The demonstration does not claim an adopted client policy.

INTERNAL OPERATIONS / DESKTOP

Internal Operations walkthrough

Derived readiness, project revocation, zero assignments and honest notification preview dispositions.

  1. 00:00Read the shared operational record

Operations connects project assignment, review readiness, and current application status. The totals are derived from the same fictional records used by the lender and reviewer.

  2. 00:10Revoke one project, preserve another

Revoke the lender user's explicit assignment to Juniper Commons. Their eligible role and organization membership remain separate. The assignment to Meridian Works is preserved.

  3. 00:21Verify the lender preview

The lender preview now shows only Meridian Works. An organization does not automatically grant every project. All visibility and access changes here are browser-local simulations.

  4. 00:33Handle zero assignments clearly

Revoke the remaining assignment and preview the empty state. The application does not fall back to all projects. Operations can explicitly restore the two demonstration assignments.

  5. 00:44Preview a missing-recipient outcome

Set the illustrative recipient scenario to no recipients and request a reminder preview. The event is logged only, with no recipients. Nothing is delivered.

  6. 00:53Keep audit and notification distinct

Uploads and downloads are audit only. Conversations and review events show scoped recipient previews. The activity retains synthetic actors, timestamps, context, and outcomes. No actual emails or access accounts are created.

FOUR PERSPECTIVES / ONE SOURCE OF CONTEXT

Different responsibilities.
A connected experience.

Switch demo viewpoints without losing the project. Each perspective shows a different part of the same document journey.

01 / LENDER

Know what to send.

Assigned projects, clear requirements, review feedback and versioned submissions.

02 / REVIEWER

Review with context.

Document queues, specific versions, correction requests and signed-return verification.

03 / PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR

Make the path clear.

Reusable requirements with clear phases, order and contextual help.

04 / INTERNAL OPERATIONS

See the next handoff.

Assignments, outstanding items, notification activity and a scoped audit trail.

WORKING DEMONSTRATION / BROWSER-LOCAL STATE

Put the handoff to the test.

Real responsive views. Synthetic documents and decisions.

HALO LENDEROPS / INTERACTIVE WORKSPACE1280 PX
A VERSIONED JOURNEY

Clarity at every decision.

01 / PREPARE

Start with requirements.

Program templates become project-specific application documents, with helpful instructions and a separate printable checklist.

02 / REFINE

Keep the correction.

A submitted assessment comes back for revision. Version two is reviewed while version one and its feedback remain in history.

03 / ASSEMBLE

Choose the application.

Request a generated PDF or submit a custom sample. An internal Reviewer approves and releases either path.

04 / VERIFY

Accept the exact version.

A signed return belongs to one application version. Preparing a new version leaves earlier acceptance in history.

A WORKING WORKFLOW / A CLEAR SCOPE

Designed to explain
the operating model.

This independent portfolio demonstration uses three fictional commercial improvement projects, one program and thirteen reusable definitions. It illustrates document completeness and human review. It does not assess creditworthiness or lending eligibility.

Halo LenderOps is an independent portfolio demonstration. It does not assert trademark clearance or production readiness.

Demonstrated

Two-file drafts, explicit submissions, review and release, revisions, conditions, project and versioned conversations, program templates, assignment changes, PDF/ZIP downloads and release-specific acceptance.

Simulated

Persona access, explicit project assignment grants/revocations, sample uploads, signatures and notification previews. Browser-local state persists until reset. No messages are delivered.

Outside this preview

Real authentication, Salesforce, real lender provisioning, underwriting, payments, e-signature services and security or legal certification.

How does Final Application unlock?

The configurable fictional default allows all prerequisites to be Approved or Conditionally Approved. Conditional items retain their follow-up conditions. This is an illustrative assumption, not a statement of any client's adopted policy.

How were these walkthroughs created?

The four narrated videos use actual synthetic working-app states, with synchronized English captions and full transcripts. They are captured-state walkthroughs, not continuous screen recordings. The interactive guide and free workspace use the same workflow model.
